We began our journey into the world of textile processing and manufacturing way back in 1944 with the setting up of our Group Company, Rani Sati Cotton Mills. As a family business, we kept expanding our business operations by setting up our subsidiary company, DIVYA GLOBAL in 1984. We later ventured into the fabric and bed linen export trade in 1992 with the aim towards delivering consistent high-standard quality products.
Our journey has been very eventful as we continue to win our customers' confidence.
Our service categories include In house Designing, Fabric Dyeing, Printing, Finishing and Stitching. We take special care to ensure that our processes seamlessly integrate with our vision to exceed customers' expectations. Right from the fabric processing to finish stage, we ensure superlative quality is maintained throughout. MANAGING DIRECTOR: MR. SUNIL SIRASLEWALA
A visionary, with over thirty years of experience in the field of manufacturing textiles, Mr. Sunil Siraslewala is personally responsible for many breakthroughs that have successfully brought this company where it is today. He founded the company Divya Global Pvt Ltd and has been directing its Fabric & Bed Linen Export business since 1994. A third-generation entrepreneur, he has built his business through a combination of inborn qualities of discipline and determination and his imbibed mastery of commercial understanding resulting in optimum growth for the company. Before 1994, he headed the fabric manufacturing plants of Rani Sati Cotton, working on the shop-floor which helped him gain incomparable technical experience in textile processes, printing, dyeing and finishing techniques. He has in-depth understanding of the European Markets and is well known in the textile industry. He is also the Chairman and Managing Director of Divya Global Pvt Ltd and Mayank Processors Pvt Ltd. Blessed with keen foresight and an alert mind, very early in the business he understood the needs of global markets. Under his able guidance, the company is expected to reach to newer heights in a short span of time.
DIRECTOR: MR. DIVYAKUMAR SIRASLEWALA
With his excellent management sense and penchant for new technologies, Mr. Divyakumar Siraslewala is a perfect foil to our Managing Director. With a MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, he entered into the business in 2005 and currently looks after all the marketing activities of the business.
Being the son of Mr. Sunil Siraslewala, He is constantly on the alert for new ideas, projects and processes to optimize productivity and profitability. He is able to understand and respond to market trends and changes quickly and is responsible for several initiatives.
CREATIVE HEAD: MRS. SAROJ SIRASLEWALA
Unconventional, Individualistic, Driven, Inventive, Visionary and Intuitive – this is what exactly defines Mrs. Saroj Siraslewala, the wife of Mr. Sunil Siraslewala. She is passionate about creating idea and concept driven communication design, incorporating meaningful strategy and thoughtful attention to detail.
She has been with DIVYA GLOBAL since 1994 and heads the Merchandising department and Design Studio. She and the design team under her guidance are the people behind all the creative designs and processes.
